The goal of our team is to create a community of supporters that embrace living the
S.O.U.L Squared Lifestyle (Sustainable/Seasonal, Organic/Occasional, Unprocessed/Universal and Local/Light) in regard to food when possible. With the +300 Billion in Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability (LOHAS) market, food is central to this demographic. Nearly one-third of America embraces LOHAS values and prioritizes personal heath and wellness as a sizeable investment in themselves and the environment. Holistic culinary education is the fundamental framework for living a healthy “whole” life and nourishing our bodies from the inside out to cultivate our own health, happiness, and pleasure.
