- 1/2 seeded Jalapeño
- 3 tbsp Tahini
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/2 cup Packed Cilantro
- 3 tbsp Warm water to thin sauce
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until they are completely smooth.
- If required, add more warm water to thin the sauce until it is spoonable.
- Add salt and pepper to taste (a little at a time), combine once more, and then taste.
- If more salt and pepper are required, do so. depending on how much sauce you want, serves
- 2 tablespoons of sauce are made in about 1/2 cup or one serving.
- If you want additional sauce, double it!
